Prime Support is a 2 year support pack that gives people who have purchased HDV, NXCAM or XDCAM EX equipment access to unique extra services – such as operational phone-call support, ‘anywhere collection’ and 7-day repair - at no extra cost. Once you have registered with Prime Support, you will receive an email with your activation key for a copy of Vegas 9.0. you can then download the software from the Sony Creative Software website and enter the activation key. Prime Support registration must occur before March 31st 2010. Registrations after this date will not qualify for this software.

For countries supplied by Sony Professional, where PrimeSupport does NOT apply, the licence key and download URL will be supplied inside the box of special promotional packs clearly indicated by a sticker on the exterior of the box.
