Cannot connect the camera to a mobile device using the mobile device as an access point (Wi-Fi tethering) or using a wireless LAN router as an access point.
Verify and make adjustments as necessary according to each of the following steps, and then try the connection again.
- 1. Restart the mobile device
- 2. Set Airplane Mode to OFF (Camera)
- 3. Set Airplane Mode to OFF (Mobile Device)
- 4. Set VPN to off
- 5. Uninstall/reinstall app
- 6. Reset the network settings
